Do NOT insult or harass other people!

Dont be undirectly annoying to provoke someone and then report that, we not dumb.

The main language spoken in our server is English.

International language is English (its useful for yourself also learning it).

You can speak other languages in # 🌐・global

Do not speak different languages in any other channel.

DONT mass mention or mention without valid reasons.

Begging for roles is forbidden! VIP can be obtained in some different ways

Do not flood or spam the channels, you can only do that in: # 🧨・flood

Do not fullfill channels with bots commands, do that in: # 👾・bot-stuff

You can Beef and send NSFW (not gore or that kind of shit) content only in: # 🥩・beef-n-nsfw

Be honest and do not ruin others' game!

Do not kill or betray your teammates!

Do not team up with opponents.

Do not waste time in games like 1v1 duel or games where just X players on total players in game can play, and others has to wait.

Wait 10 seconds before killing an AFK player.

Flooding or Spamming in the chat, will lead you to get a ban or mute.

Be respectful, the rules about behaviour towards other members of the community also apply in-game!

Impersonating someone is forbidden, especially if you do something to harm the impersonated player's image you risk ban.

Farming points,goals, kills, or any other form of profit through unfair or illegitimate ways is strictly prohibited.

Soccer Server Only

Pushing the enemy goalkeeper to increase the chance of your teammates scoring is not allowed in official games (tournaments, ranked friendlies..)

Do not intentionally knock teammates down with bombs.

Do not steal the ball from your own teammates.

Cheating

If you have Special Commands (VIP, ADMIN...), do not use them to cheat.

Cheat = using commands to win or gain advantage over game, to gain points or goals or any other type of score or over a player

Commands are made to have fun, and enjoy not to help you to win easier the games.

HYPE IS NOT PAY TO WIN.

Rejoining

If someone takes your place when you leave, and you want it back, you can politely ask the person to give it back, but note that:

The place is now righfully of the person who joined after you.

They can not be forced to leave the game (exception for official games).

Do not report for these situations, just wait for a place to get free if this happens.

The same rules apply if you give your place to a friend and someone joins faster.

You are not allowed to leave the game before being eliminated and then rejoin it in order to avoid giving a kill / advantage to the opposing team.

You cant leave and rejoin to save the ball from going in goal.

Maybe in future Time Limits on playing in Hype Servers will be introduced (i hope).

REPORTS

Report System is a bombsquad Engine we built to send reports to Hype Deep Staff (Admins, developers, Owners..)

SYNTAX: /report id-of-player reason-blah-blah-blah
EXAMPLE: /report 114 insulting
TIP: you can get the id of a player while he is in game, through the /list command

Reports are really serious, and they're a feature provided by our staff to keep Hype a safe, cool and warm place!

Do not spam the /report feature (you risk ban/mute).

Provide a valid reason for the report, and do not report if you have none.

Please avoid creating events or making false accusations in reports with the intention of unfairly implicating another player (you risk mute/ban).

PUNISHMENTS

Admins will get notified by:

Reports done by players through the /report command.

Reports done on discord, with proofs.

If they personally saw what happened.

What will admins do?

Them will analyze situation, and warn who insulted or broke the rules of Hype.

How does Warns work?

When a player will get warned, he will receive a text message of why he got warned (reason) and the amount of warns.

Warns amount wont get Cleared (converted to zero).

if the player does have more warns he risks sever punishments:

3 warns = kick

5 warns = mute for 1 week

8 warns = ban for 1 week

10 warns = ban for 1 month

More Warns = will be discussed in Hype Deep Staff what to do.

Discord:

We will warn for light rules breaking.

We will timeout for mediam/high level rule breaking.

First captain, has the highest power in hierarchy of the club, then comes the 2nd captain.

If the owner is going to leave, he must say before leaving who will be the next owner.

if the owner leaves without saying who will replace him, the 2nd captain will become the new owner, and he will choose who will be the first captain.

if both leaves without saying who will become the captain, the Hype Deep Staff will make a poll between the clubs players, and they will decide who will be the new Owner(1st captain) and the Owner will decide who will be the 2nd captain.

Both captains must satisfy following requirements:

Have passed quiz of captains

Being mature (behaving logically, not being toxic, being respectful, collaborating with his teammates)

Not having had big problems with Hype's Law (getting warned several times, getting banned some times...)

Be active (especially on hype soccer and a bit on hype's discord) & known in the community.

Players can join a club if they satisfy following requirements

The captain accepted them (signed contract with commands).

The player must not be in another club or under any contracts.

The player is not using Secondary/Alternative Accounts (if the captain knows this and proceeds doing it, he risks to lose his role or getting Banned).

Contract periods

The duration of a contract is minimum of 1 month and maximum 12 months (exception for contract extensions).

The duration is to be discussed between Player and Captain.

After having accepted the contract, the player cant ask for Decreasing of duration or getting his contract removed (so think carefully before accepting).

Academies

Academies are not recognized by Hype.

Clubs can have academies for their internal purposes.

We wont give custom tags for academies.

MAKING A CLUB

Players can create new clubs if they satisfy following requirements:

have found at least 10 Players, who are not under any contracts, who plays in Hype Soccer Servers and who are in Hype's Discord Server...

Have passed the Exam about Hype Rules and some related questions (in a google form).

Hype Deep Staff having allowed them to be able to create club (checking behavior, age verification 15+, maturity level...)

One month have passed after a ProAdmin/Owner have confirmed the club to having satisfied all requirements

Club must have:

A good name (cant be real life football club name) (cant be edit after confirmation of club creation)

An RGB color for the in game tag (it mustnt be the same of another existing club or too much similar)

A logo (can change only twice during exstence of club)

2 Captains (1 Owner who is captain too, and a second captain)

A discord server

After becoming official, the team must give a date to take the photo team to an admin (within 2 weeks).

CLUBS REMOVAL POLICY

If the club haven't played at least 1 match in 1 month it will be officially removed from Hype.

Matches must be or friendlies (verified through #🥊・matches ) or tournament club games.

if 2 captains voted to remove the club it will be officially removed, only after approval of Hype Deep Staff.

A club could be deleted if 90% of staff members voters, agrees to delete (of course for valid reasons)

CLUBS OPERATIONS

A captain cannot kick out a player before the end of his contract.

If a player is making serious troubles to the club, the captain can contact an admin and explain him the situation, then the admin will have to contact the Hype Deep Staff and talk them about it.

Captain and Player can agree wheter to extend a contract or not.

A player must check and know the club he is going to join carefully, because he wont be able to leave the club before the contract expires!

When a player's contract expires, the server automatically removes his membership.
